{{DECK_SUBTITLE. This cover idles on an ambient loop of the world; the first forward keypress plays a camera move into slide two.}}
Stills are chained from one place in one light grade, each generated with a previous still as reference. The place carries the story.
Forward navigation plays a short film frame-locked to both stills. The audience never sees a slide change, only movement.
Text is never baked into images. It stays sharp, editable, and enters on a choreographed stagger over the photography.
When a transition film is missing or fails, the engine falls back to a 700ms crossfade, never a hard jump. This very transition (slide 3 to 4) ships as a crossfade on purpose, so you can feel the fallback.
This demo runs on Imperium's shipped AIOS keynote world. Replace ./world/ with a still chain of your own: one place, one light, frame-locked films, HTML on top. The full method, prompts, QA gates and cost model ship in this kit.
